About us
Remarkable Mask Technology Co. Ltd. (RMTC) was established in April, 2003 at Tai Po Industrial Estate, Hong Kong. The phase I investment of USD 60,000,000 by our parent company Shougang Concord Technology Holdings Limited.
RMTC is currently the sole manufacturer of high-end photomasks in the Mainland China and Hong Kong regions. Our specialty is in the manufacturing technology of binary mask and phase shifting mask with optical proximity correction and in resolving problems in wafer lithography. In addition, RMTC promises to deliver total solutions in photo-lithography technology to our customers.RMTC factory is based in Hong Kong, which has complete law for Intellectual Property (IP) protection.
